Adverse weather conditions

    In the event of inclement weather which in our opinion would pose a risk to health & safety of our personnel or equipment or has the potential to prevent successful video or audio capture, we reserve the right to change the date or time of filming to a more suitable date or time.

    Payments :

    – Payment is due when the services start or 14 days from invoice date (if approved in advance). Late payment will be subject to a compensation payment, plus interest charged at 8%.
    – Payment can be made by cash or wire transfer in rupiah to the following accounts (see bank details section below). All payments by PayPal or by a different currency are charged at 8%.

    50% deposit required to confirm the service.

    Cancellations and Reschedule :

    In the event of the Client wishing to change or cancel the filming date we require a minimum of 2 weeks before to apply the following charges :

    Within 2 weeks of shoot date – refund 100% of deposit
    Within 48 hours of shoot date – charge 25% of daily shoot rate
    Within 24 hours of shoot date – charge 50% of daily shoot rate
    The same day of shooting – charge 100% of daily shoot rate
